What you buy

Digital files (.xlsx and a Google Sheets copy) and, where available, access to the online course. No physical product is shipped.

Licence

You can use the template yourself or within your business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, even modified. Use by several people requires a team licence.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. On this site you pay by card through Stripe; on Etsy, Etsy's terms apply.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered right after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply if, before paying, you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(o)). If a file doesn't work as described, write to us: we'll fix it or refund you.

Updates

New versions of a template bought on this site, or registered with your Etsy order number, are free and appear in your library.

Liability

The templates help you organise data and calculations. They are not tax or employment advice: for VAT, withholding, leave and refunds, refer to your accountant or consultant.

Governing law

Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence.
