Who handles your data
The data controller is [nome / ragione sociale], [indirizzo], email ciao@fogliofurbo.it.
What data we collect
- Your email, when you ask for the free Monthly Budget, log in to your library or buy a template.
- Your marketing consent choice and the date you gave or withdrew it.
- Where your visit came from (UTM parameters such as "instagram" or "dm"): these contain no personal data.
- Purchase data: product, amount, date. Card details are handled by Stripe: we never see them.
- Visit statistics: with your consent, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling on the page, device type, approximate country. Without cookies, using Ahrefs, we count visits to public pages. Our own cookieless visit counter is described below.
We don't store your IP address in readable form. Our own cookieless visit counter records the page viewed, the source, the approximate country and city and the device type, with an anonymous code that changes every day: it can't be traced back to you and doesn't need your consent.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Sending you the template you asked for (E0 confirmation and E1 with the links): carrying out your request.
- Tricks and offers by email (E2–E4 and the newsletter): only with your consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. You get the free Budget without giving it.
- Sales and receipts: contract and tax obligations.
- Site statistics: Google Analytics and Clarity only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Counting visits with Ahrefs and our own counter, without cookies: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Who we share it with
Providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms), [hosting provider] (hosting, database and files), ManyChat (Instagram messages), Etsy (if you buy from their shop, under their own privacy policy). For statistics: Ahrefs (Web Analytics, without cookies) and, only with your consent, Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Email and consent: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Sales data: 10 years, as required by tax law. Visit statistics: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing (GDPR art. 15–22), by writing to ciao@fogliofurbo.it or from the Email preferences page. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
